Turf Treatment Begins At the First Sign of Spring!
While fall is the ideal time for reseeding your lawn, springtime is another excellent time for aerating the soil and fertilizing the grass. Aerating your lawn allows air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the soil. Because every lawn is different, Kohler Lawn and Outdoor will send a trained lawn care professional to assess your lawn’s needs and provide a lawn care quote.

What Will We Look At When We Visit Your Lawn?
- Your Grass and Soil Type – Different types of grasses (crab, fescue, bluegrass) and different types of soils (clay or sand) will absorb water and nutrients differently. We may also conduct a soil test to determine the pH level.
- Sun and Shade Exposure – Because of different types of grasses like sun or shade, we may need to give extra care to those areas.
- Weeds or Insects – Unwanted growth from weeds and unwanted grubs, ants, or other pests can affect the health of your lawn.
- Drainage and Runoff Issues – We want to ensure no standing water will affect the health of your lawn.
